About Journal

        Mining and Metallurgical Engineering started publication in 1981, and is co-sponsored by Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Co., Ltd. (CRIMM) and Chinese Society for Metals (CSM), and also publically distributed at home and abroad as a bi-monthly periodical. It aims to push ahead technological progress in mining and metallurgy industries by reporting new theories, technologies, processes and new equipment. It has set main columns covering mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, materials, mining economics and management, focusing on cutting-edge trends in mining and metallurgy industries, scientific and technological achievements and experiences in mining and metallurgy, so as to play an important role in transforming scientific research achievements into productivity.
       The Journal has been listed among the first group of Chinese periodicals with social and economic benefits, evaluated by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Administration of Press and Publication.
